To improve employees' comprehensive quality, promote communication and exchange among employees, and enhance corporate cohesion, the company conducted a one-day training on how to be a good employee on September 11, 2012. We invited Zhao Haoyuan, a consultant lecturer from Ningbo Branch of Lianchuang Education and Training Group, to give a wonderful speech. Most of the company's employees participated in this training. The training courses included "Be a Reliable Person", "Eight Traits of Excellent Supervisors", "Teamwork and Team Spirit", "The Way of Service Marketing", "Sales Principles and Key Points", etc. Through the combination of theory and practical cases and interactive methods, employees could have a personal experience, achieving the effect that employees can realize their self-worth and make the greatest contribution to the company at work.
That night, our company held a联谊 activity with two other companies that participated in the training. We conducted team competitions in groups, and everyone exchanged and learned from each other during the gathering.
