Unleashing Infinite Potential Feeling Team Power - DZICS Electronics Expansion Training

On May 30, 2010, all employees of DZICS Electronics conducted a one-day quality expansion training at the Ningbo Pulse Outbound Base. This training included multiple projects such as trust fall, aerial bar, tangram, and fire escape. Each expansion training project gave us many insights, such as leadership organization and coordination, trust and being trusted, information collection and utilization, team collaboration spirit, and so on.

During this day's training, everyone encouraged and supported each other, pooled their wisdom and efforts, overcame obstacles one after another, and completed tasks that seemed impossible to accomplish. Ultimately, we achieved the purpose of organizing this activity: to change habits, break fixed thinking patterns, and unleash innovative abilities; to shorten the distance between each other, enhance mutual friendship, and strengthen team cohesion.
