It is understood that the DZICS manipulator mainly consists of three parts: the hand, the motion mechanism, and the control system. It is usually used as an additional device for machine tools or other machines, such as being installed on CNC machine tools for loading, unloading, and transferring.

This means that customers can independently modify parameters such as the manipulator's movement speed, rotation angle, feeding timing, and control method. To ensure the reliability and safety of the manipulator, DZICS Company has also established a corresponding fault self-diagnosis system in its control system to identify and eliminate faults that occur during operation. The product has also been granted a utility model patent by the National Intellectual Property Office.
"Many CNC lathe manufacturers and some CNC lathe users have installed the DZICS feeding manipulator as an automatic feeding machine for CNC lathes to replace manual feeding," Wen Wen, the company's operations director, told the reporter. It is understood that the product has been well-received by the market since its launch. A relevant person in charge of Ningbo Yaofa CNC Lathe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. said that in the past, their CNC lathes required manual loading and unloading. After installing the manipulator, fully automatic processing can be achieved, improving efficiency by three to five times compared to before. Originally, one person could manage at most two CNC lathes, but with the manipulator, one person can now manage six to eight simultaneously.
