From July 3-6, our company participated in the 14th Shanghai International Machine Tool Exhibition (EASTPO2012) at Shanghai New International Expo Center.
At the exhibition, our company displayed CNC lathe automatic loading/unloading manipulators and the newly developed built-in manipulator. The built-in manipulator adopts an internal gantry mechanical structure, with AC servo control, stepper motor control, and human-machine interaction control platform. Both axes use high-precision linear slides, featuring high precision and rigidity. The manipulator's gripper and feeding tray adopt modular design, allowing users to easily replace different types of workpieces.
The exhibition highlighted the third-generation "DZICS CNC Machine Tool Automatic Feeding Manipulator" independently developed by DZICS Industrial Robot Technology Co., Ltd. The DZICS CNC lathe automatic feeding manipulator can complete a series of actions including automatic material taking, feeding, unloading and continuous processing, replacing traditional manual operations of material taking, feeding and unloading, thus truly realizing production automation, reducing labor costs and improving product competitiveness in the market.
While distributing product materials, our staff introduced the manipulator's performance and features to visitors, and our manipulators received continuous praise from both new and old customers. The participation achieved excellent results with fruitful outcomes.
