On the afternoon of September 25, 2015, a quality management system training was conducted in our company's hall for the sales department, technical department, production department, and office staff. This training focused on two main topics: "Basic Knowledge of ISO9000 Quality Standard Series" and "Explanation and Application of ISO9001:2008 New Standard Clauses". During the training, Teacher Zhang emphasized the "Eight Principles of Quality Management"—1. Customer focus; 2. Leadership; 3. Involvement of people; 4. Process approach; 5. System approach to management; 6. Continual improvement; 7. Factual approach to decision making; 8. Mutually beneficial supplier relationships. These are the primary conditions for the successful operation of the company's quality management system.
