In order to relieve work pressure, enhance team cohesion, bring some coolness in the hot summer, and further stimulate employees' work enthusiasm. On July 31st, Ningbo DZICS Industrial Robot Technology Co., Ltd. organized employees to participate in the "Penglai Fairy Island Daishan Two-Day Tour" activity.
On the morning of July 31st, DZICS Company employees boarded the ferry to Daishan. Along the way, everyone was laughing and chatting happily.
After arriving at Daishan Island, everyone began the first day's itinerary, walking on the bluestone roads and strolling through Dongsha Ancient Town - the hometown of yellow croaker. Dongsha Ancient Town was once a famous fishing port in the Zhoushan Islands and a bustling commercial port during the Qing Dynasty and Republic of China periods. Today, entering Dongsha Ancient Town, with its narrow alleys, antique courtyards, and shops retaining ancient business marks, you can travel through time and feel the rich fishing culture of Dongsha in the past. What impressed us most was the China Fisheries Museum located in Dongsha Ancient Town. Built in an antique courtyard, it mainly introduces fishing tools, boat models, and fishing nets used by fishermen. There are also fish specimens that look lifelike, which amazed everyone.
After lunch and rest, all employees strolled on the beach. Lulan Qingsha is located at Houshayang in the northeast of Daishan Island, ranking first among the "Ten Scenes of Penglai". It got its name because it's at the foot of Lulan Mountain. The beach is 3600 meters long from north to south and about 500 meters wide from east to west, with fine and hard sand quality. The beach slope is gentle and iron-gray, hence it's known as "Ten Thousand Steps Iron Plate Sand". Accompanied by the waves, listening to music, and watching the stars, everyone sat together playing happily and toasting.
The second day's itinerary was relaxed. After breakfast, we drove along the mountain road to the highest peak of Daishan Island - the Moshan Scenic Area, to appreciate the place where the eminent monk Master Wudao once practiced and lived. Along the way, we visited Penglai Tea Garden, the Little Potala Palace on the Sea, and the Pure Land Buddhism practice place in East China - Ciyun Jile Temple, Penglai Fairyland, Zhao Puchu's Inscription Tablet, Fangu Qingyin, Three Saints Hall, Huazang World, Jade Buddha Pagoda, etc. After lunch, everyone reluctantly embarked on the journey home.

After this rare mental vacation, all employees were in high spirits and felt very happy and relaxed. Colleagues helped and took care of each other, increasing communication opportunities and enhancing mutual feelings, creating a harmonious team atmosphere. After returning from the trip, everyone exchanged their experiences and feelings, and then devoted themselves to their work with more enthusiasm and energy, continuing to contribute to the company's further development.
