On the morning of November 24, 2016, Mr. Dai led a delegation of entrepreneurs from Ningbo Beilun to Yunnan and donated over 300 sweaters worth more than 100,000 yuan to teachers and students of Wuding County Ethnic Middle School, showing sincere care for impoverished students. Leaders including Deputy County Governors Wen Jinhua and Meng Qingwei, County Chief Assistant Yan Guangde, along with heads of relevant departments such as the county government office and education bureau, as well as 350 representatives from the Ethnic Middle School, attended the donation ceremony. At the ceremony, Deputy County Governor Wen Jinhua introduced the county's situation and educational status. Wuding County Ethnic Middle School, located at the eastern foot of Lion Mountain, was established in January 2006 after the merger of the former Wuding No. 2 Middle School, Wuding Jincheng Town Middle School, and the provincial Wuding Ethnic Primary School. It is a high school integrating compulsory education, senior high school education, and ethnic education, approved by the Provincial Department of Education and Ethnic Affairs Commission, and is one of Wuding County's key poverty alleviation units. County Education Bureau Director Shao Chengjia and student representatives delivered enthusiastic speeches expressing gratitude for the entrepreneurs' kindness.
Mr. Dai believes that material poverty alleviation is temporary, while spiritual transformation is fundamental. After the donation ceremony, he also gave a profound life planning lecture to all teachers and students. He encouraged the students to change their mindset, start with themselves, work hard from now on, study diligently, and strive unremittingly to achieve their dreams.
