On the afternoon of March 1st, the seventh standing council meeting of the second Beilun Intellectuals Association was held at Ningbo DZICS Industrial Robot Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the municipal and district two sessions and the eighth sixth plenary (enlarged) meeting of the district committee, reviewed and approved matters such as the appointment of association consultants, fund work reports, advanced collectives and individuals, and the adjustment list of council members. The meeting was chaired by Liu Wenke, president of the District Intellectuals Association and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress.
2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the District Intellectuals Association. The association should strengthen its own construction, improve its organizational structure, further standardize various rules and regulations such as the entry and exit of council members, and consolidate its work foundation. It should closely focus on the central work of the Beilun District Party Committee and District Government, base itself on reality, strengthen investigation and research, actively offer suggestions, and voice the opinions of non-party intellectuals. Taking the opportunity of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, the association should fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of council members, unite and cooperate, pool collective wisdom, organize and carry out large-scale theme activities with certain influence, hold a series of distinctive activities, and contribute new strength to promote the implementation of Beilun's "Twin Cities" strategy.
Before the meeting, Dai Xiang, chairman of DZICS Industrial Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and vice president of the Intellectuals Association, led the participants to visit and inspect the company on site, and gave a detailed introduction to the company's basic situation and future development plan.
