To enrich employees' cultural life and strengthen team cohesion, the company organized employees to visit Xinchang, Zhejiang for tourism from May 26th to 27th to experience the beautiful natural scenery.
During this trip, employees visited Xinchang's highlights: The national AAAA scenic spot, Jiangnan's largest Buddha - Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple. The temple's Buddha Heart Square, petrified wood forest, and Asia's first indoor grotto Buddha left everyone in awe. The "Ten Miles Hidden Stream" with its beautiful natural scenery, known as "Jiangnan's Little Three Gorges", and Tianzhu Fairyland, one of the essence scenic spots of Xinchang's Tianmu Mountain. The unique features of Tianzhu Lake Scenic Area with one lake, two candles, three paths, four exits and five areas made us linger forget to leave.
Although rain "guest-starred" on the second day's itinerary, it didn't dampen everyone's enthusiasm. At the Nineteen Peaks, the filming location for CCTV productions like "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils" and "The Smiling, Proud Wanderer", employees experienced Zhejiang's longest Feilong Plank Road, conquered 999 steps, and looked out at the Chuan Yan Nineteen Peaks from the mountaintop, marveling at nature's uncanny workmanship.
The two-day Xinchang trip ended with laughter and joy. Employees generally agreed that this tour not only helped them understand local cultural characteristics and geographical environment, but also allowed them to relax and build deeper friendships with colleagues they rarely interact with during daily work.
Organizing employee tours is one of our company's important measures for building corporate culture, cultivating talent teams, and improving incentive mechanisms. It not only cultivates employees' sentiment and enhances collective cohesion, but also enables employees to devote themselves to future work with full enthusiasm, jointly making greater contributions to the company's development.
