The 17th China International Machine Tool Show with the theme of "Integration and Win-Win Intelligent Manufacturing Future" will be held from April 12-17 at China International Exhibition Center (New Venue) in Beijing. Ningbo DZICS Robot Technology Co., Ltd. will once again join hands with ABB robots to jointly exhibit, showcasing DZICS's solutions in the field of robot system integration for machine loading and unloading!

At this exhibition, DZICS will showcase the "Intelligent Production Line for Cylinder Machining". This exhibit integrates online detection and automatic tool compensation functions to ensure high product qualification rate and stable operation of the production line; uses 3D vision capture to handle unordered material placement and enables quick model change in real scenarios; incorporates ABB's flexible SoftMove function to effectively ensure material clamping stability. In addition, DZICS's 3D control system - digital twin meets users' needs for remote visual management; DZICS's digital dashboard integrates equipment connection transmission, detection traceability, tool monitoring, equipment status monitoring, and production line analysis functions.

Exhibition Tips:

Before entering the exhibition, visitors need to complete one additional procedure besides the usual registration - "registration with valid personal ID", and undergo temperature testing at the entrance. This will undoubtedly slow down the entry process and increase crowd gathering at the entrance. Method 1: Website registration

Visit the "China International Machine Tool Show" website (www.cimtshow.com), click "Visitor Login", fill in relevant information and submit. For personal ID information, mainland visitors should fill in their ID card number, overseas visitors should fill in their passport number, and visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should fill in their travel permit number. Method 2: WeChat registration

Follow the "China Machine Tool & Tool Industry Association cmtba" WeChat subscription account, click the menu "CIMT2021" and enter "I want to visit", fill in relevant information and submit. The personal ID information is only for mainland visitors to fill in their ID card number. After successful submission, you can print your visitor badge at the self-service machine at the exhibition site.
