DZICS Mission: Let Robots Create Wealth for Humanity

On the evening of March 6th, DZICS Enterprise organized a symposium on the company's development prospects for senior employees (with 5 or more years of service). According to statistics, senior employees with over 5 years of service already account for half of the company's total workforce. The symposium aimed to establish the company's mission, clarify its vision, and discuss how to build a learning organization. During the symposium, General Manager Dai clarified the company's development direction and shared his entrepreneurial experiences and dreams. The atmosphere was enthusiastic, with each senior employee sharing their unique stories about DZICS - filled with emotions, joy, and hardships, but most importantly, a strong sense of belonging to the DZICS family.
